Sieun completed her PhD in 2015 in Biomedical Engineering at Simon Fraser University under the supervision of Prof. Mirza Faisal Beg and Marinko V. Sarunic. Her main research interest is in ophthalmic images analysis for quantitative study of the eye structure and function. In 2015, Sieun received Michael Smith Foundation for Health Research Post-Doctoral Fellowship Award to develop image processing and analysis tools for examining chemical biomarkers, structural degradation, and functional loss in the eye that may be associated with Alzheimer’s Disease.Contact: leeau@sfu.ca
